Description
Upper roller universal plate rolling machine, also called upper roll universal rolling machine, is a kind of universal three roller special bending machine. It is often used in bending steel plates into barrel shape, arc shape or conical shape. The upper roller can move vertically as well as horizontally. It can finish the pre-bending work and coiling work at the same machine without any auxiliary device. The upper roller is designed in drum-type, so it has anti-deformation function. The upper roller universal plate rolling machinery (upper roll universal rolling machine) is equipped with carrier rollers under the lower rolls which can help to improve the coiling precision. The lower rolls are fixed symmetrically deployed relatively to upper roll. Upper roll ascends or descends at the central symmetric location of the lower rolls.
